Gustavus meadow

Brief Overview :

This land is for people who are ready to start at square one, roughly 8 acres of raw meadow that has never been farmed, mostly grassy but successional species moving in, kept somewhat at bay. Given general climactic inclemency, a kind of marginal place for agriculture, but as far as most of Southeast goes, near as good as it gets. Does get pretty strong winds regularly, occasional shallow flooding in winter. Our 1 acre market garden is adjacent to the property. In the picture, our garden is in the foreground, meadow behind. Creek is there, sunk out of view. On the map, it is tracts VIII-B and XII-A.
